Our Legal Recruiters/Agents take a different approach to legal recruiting, whereas in the placement process when conducting a job search, they represent the interest of the Attorney, not the Law Firm.

They represent an Attorney in a way that they cannot represent themselves. Our Legal Recruiters/Agents vet the entire marketplace reaching out to a power base of law firms, without disclosing the Attorney’s identity. The extensive shopping of the IP marketplace many times will manifest multiple opportunities. This enables our Legal Recruiters/Agents to leverage law firms on behalf of the Attorney, creating an above market opportunity. Our Legal Recruiters/Agents negotiate relentlessly on behalf of the Attorney they represent, seeking exactly what the Attorney is looking for in a lateral move.

Our Network Legal Recruiters/Agents only work on opportunities that are partnership sponsored and partnership tracked. The firms must be open to an above market package, including compensation, bonus, off lockstep, and an excellent work-life balance.
