
TECHNICAL LITIGATION ASSOCIATE
The firm is currently in need of an Associate, 2-6 years of patent litigation experience. This position will involve cases that are trial bound. This Associate will be involved in all aspects of litigation up to pretrial hearings and trial. They also will be heavily involved in deposition work, so prior deposition experience is a strong plus. This attorney will be allowed to immediately take on new responsibilities when they have demonstrated the ability to do so. Experience with cases in front of the U.S. District Courts and post grant reviews before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board is desired.

The IP leadership seeks an attorney with an undergraduate or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering/Computer Science-Engineering or other related engineering discipline. Current experience (2 to 6 years) in an AM law firm or a prestigious IP boutique. Excellent law school academics, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must. This position can be based out of New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, or Silicon Valley. The IP leadership is willing to relocate the qualified attorney and will consider telecommuting candidates.
