MID-LEVEL TECH TRIAL ATTORNEY (2-7 yrs.)

The leadership is seeking a Mid-Level Associate with (3-6) years of patent litigation working in Biglaw. This Associate will be part of the firm’s national trial litigation team. This team focuses on “Bet the Company Litigations” and cases that will go to trial. The IP leadership provides excellent mentoring and does not hold an Associate back as long as they have demonstrated the ability to take on new responsibilities. Partnership consideration is not based on a specific timeline but when the Associate demonstrates the ability to actually become a Partner.
This is NOT a LOCK-STEP salary position. This firm has a reputation of paying some of the highest bonuses in the country and overall compensation. The IP leadership does a great job of balancing work and quality of life. Excellent academics along with strong written and verbal communication skills are required. This position can be based out of New York or Silicon Valley. The firm will pay for relocation.
Qualified Associate must hold a technical degree from a prestigious university either in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Computer Engineering. This is a partnership track position and is sponsored by key Partners that sit on the Executive and Admin Committee of the law firm.
