Law Firms Rapidly Adapt to COVID-19
Our Network Recruiters are reporting that despite new working arrangements implemented by law firms as a result of COVID-19, law firms continue to interview.
Our Recruiters have informed us that they experienced minimal disruptions to existing interviews in process, or current requests to interview new candidates. Segments of the marketplace instantly switched to online interviewing. In addition, they informed us the number of interviews being scheduled are increasing. They attribute this to the shorter scheduling process time, as it is easier for the interviewer to jump online, as opposed to making themselves available to come into the office for a face to face interview.
Our Recruiters feel a prolonged COVID-19 recovery could possibly transform the law firm interview process. We will be monitoring this closely.
