Partner Sponsored Mid-Level IP Litigation Role, Prestigious Trademark Practice Group

This emerging AM firm is one of the oldest law firms in the country and due to its sound entrepreneurial style and business savvy, is rising on the AM charts on a fast pace. 

The IP leadership understands that today’s digital economy along with the changing laws that govern copyrights pose new challenges and opportunities for business owners.  Recognizing this, the IP leadership has made significant investments into their Copyright and Trademark practice which has resulted in an abundance of new business.  This work consists of helping clients protect and enhance the value of their copyrighted work in addition to assisting them in defending against claims of infringement. 

Two of the firm’s graybeard IP Trial attorneys are looking to add a Jr. to Mid-Level IP Litigation Associate to their team and who can work closely with them on a variety of litigation matters. This position is a critical role as this person will be working on emerging company clients that will bring future business into the practice group. 

The qualified Attorney should have 2 to 5 years of Big Law or IP boutique litigation experience. This position will be on a 6-year trajectory into a Partnership role, off lockstep, with a competitive salary based on experience, excellent benefits along with a superior quality of life situation. This position is based out of the firms Newark, NJ office. Excellent academics along with strong writing and communication skills are required.
