Jr. Associate Trial Litigation Role: Partnership Tracked and Sponsored

This premier law firm has earned a national reputation of litigating high-profile, complex litigation by representing some of the world’s elite Fortune companies. The firm has a high associate satisfaction ranking for having outstanding training and providing their attorneys and support staff with an excellent quality of life as it strongly supports family values. 

The IP leadership is currently seeking to expand their national litigation practice by adding a Junior Associate to their litigation trial team.  The group takes on trial bound cases that are high profile and have national exposure.  They have some of the nation’s best Trial Attorneys on their bench and the group leaders believe in allowing their Associates to run while still providing them excellent mentorship.  This Junior Associate will be allowed to continue to take on new levels of responsibility as they advance their litigation skill set. 

The qualified Associate should have at least two years of “Big Law” or prestigious IP boutique litigation experience.  The leadership is looking for an Associate who has partnership aspirations and the desire to further develop their litigation skill set as this is a partnership track role. The firm needs an Associate who can be promoted into the partnership ranks to support their ongoing growth and its leadership is extremely proactive in promoting and supporting new development at all levels. This Associate should hold a technical degree in Engineering or Computer Science and have excellent academics and writing skills.  The position is in New York City and compensation will be based on experience as the firm doesn’t have a lockstep structure.  Our Network Agent has placed an Associate into the firm, who quickly advanced into the Counsel ranks and then into a Partnership role.
