Key National Point IP Associate

Our Network Agents consists of Rainmaker IP Legal Recruiters who have performed Mega IP mergers and regularly move groups and individual Partners.  Interfacing daily with the powerbase Partners of IP groups, they identity Associate positions that are sponsored and earmarked for Partnership.  These positions have a strategic importance to the IP group and these are the positions that our Network Agents exclusively work on.   Listed below are some details on a position that one of our Agents is working on.

• This is a National Associate Role
• This person will support 4 National Partners on complex prosecution matters for the IP practice working on the firms most prestigious clients.
• This Associate will be working on a team of IP Partners that will be focusing on new business development in terms of expanding the portfolios of key clients
• Extensive client interaction.
• Client Pitch, will involve international travel
• Member of the National New Business Development Team
• Work will involve complex cutting edge technologies
• This Associate will be mentored by the group’s Rainmaker Partners
• 1 to 2 years’ experience in Big Law or Prestigious Boutiques
• Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, Physics or related experience required.
• USPTO or Patent Bar Eligible

This position will be Partner sponsored with a fast track to Partner.  This Associate must have superior academic credentials, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. This position can be based out of Silicon Valley. The firm will pay above market compensation off lockstep and pay for relocation.
